Some Great Ideas On How To Save Money On Flowers For Your Wedding

By Gregg Hall Wedding are very expensive occasions, and saving money becomes a challenge. As you look at dresses and decorations, churches and dance halls the dollar signs get larger and larger. Everyone wants to find ways to save a bit of money without cutting too many corners on their wedding. Flowers are one way you can change the amount you will have to spend without sacrificing the beauty. Some people go to extremes with trying to save money by opting for no flowers at all. If you aren’t ready for that big of a sacrifice there are other options to save money. A new trend is to have a single flower instead of a traditional bouquet. Having only one flower does have a bit of romance especially when the bride carries a calla lily which is a very elegant flower. If it is hard for the bride to give up the full bouquet a single flower could be given to each bridesmaid. Once the wedding is over and you move on to the reception the bridesmaids could put their single flowers in a vase to use as a bouquet for the table setting. Silk flowers are another less expensive way to go. You can get them in advance and store until the wedding. After the wedding the silk flowers can be given away or put in flower arrangements to decorate your home. Another way to save on flowers is to use what flowers are in season but then you may need to be a bit more flexible on your decorations. The grocery store and farmers markets are a good way to get a lot of flowers for little money. Grocers buy flowers in bulk making them cheaper and farmers market is fresh but may lack in selection. When doing the centerpieces for the tables you could also consider houseplants, if they are healthy and arrange right they would look very nice. The house plants could be then raffled off at each table and sent home with the lucky winner. Another way to save on flowers is to have the wedding in a park. You wouldn’t need to have many flowers since you could pick a garden area for the wedding. Then you would have the beauty of the flowers without the price. There are so many different ways to save money on flowers at your wedding. Although they are beautiful at any wedding people who attend rarely remember the flowers. When asked guests may remember you dress or the vows or the ring bearer. So when considering the price spent on flowers remember that the flowers are only a part of the wedding decorations. The guests and the groom will all be looking at you so maybe you can spend less on the flowers and splurge on your dress and hair! Gregg Hall is an author living in Navarre Florida. Wedding Plans - Guest List, Caterers and Florist

By Eric Hartwell When you prepare for your wedding, be assured that it will be an enjoyable but hectic and potentially difficult task. Therefore it is advisable that you make a list of all the important things to remember and accomplish, such as the wedding budget, the guest list, invitations, and the caterer, just to name just a few. Really itemizing the important things that concern your wedding will help get you go through the wedding process easier and without any hitch. Decide on your guest list, caterers and florist. You should prepare the guess list preferably months before your wedding. When you prepare for your wedding, you must always prioritize the guest list. Planning this list can be difficult. But the one important thing to remember is to just invite the people that are closest to you. You do not need to invite all of the people in the company that you work for because most of them will not come anyway. And, how do you choose? You cannot choose one person without offending another and, of course, you cannot invite them all that would REALLY blow your budget! You must likewise have the invitations ordered four months or so before the wedding - and you should mail these Invitations four to five weeks in advance. This is to make sure that the invitations get to the receivers on time. Also make sure that the invitations are sent with sufficient postage lest they reach the invitee too late for them to make appropriate arrangements especially if they live a good distance away. Invitations do not have to be written by a pen although it makes a nice touch. Some try to avoid computerized wedding invitations. Choosing a caterer is another important task to do when you prepare for your wedding. It is imperative that before hiring your caterer, try and sample their food. If your caterer is a restaurant, then it is best to have dinner there go incognito if you must! Food and reception is an important part of a wedding and if the food that is served is bad, then you will get some guests complaining which is not good for them and is not good for you. What would a wedding be without flowers? Choose a florist who can deliver what you envision for your wedding. Again, if you are going to meet with a florist for the flowers, state your available budget. Also provide the florist important details such as the color and motif of the wedding. Planning starts from the very moment you decide to get married. Adequate planning can reduce your stress and helps to ensure that you wont find too many last minute hitches. EU to Conquer Anglo-Saxons and Jews

By David Ben-Ariel The heartfelt words still plead today, and ring true as ever: “Why will you die, O House of Israel?” The Prophet Ezekiel informed his audience that it wasn’t God’s Will for them to suffer and die, but rather that they would turn from their self-destructive ways and live rather than suffer national defeat and deportation and they were only entertained by such an announcement (Ezekiel 18:30-32). For years I have written letters to The Jerusalem Post and elsewhere, decrying the Israeli government’s submission to foreign authorities, sacrificing their national security due to unbearable pressure from the international community, and have encouraged the Jewish homeland to love and obey God and trust in Him — not fickle men or nations that have proven they can’t be relied upon (Joel 3:1-2). Now I’ve come to the sad conclusion, the grievous understanding, that Israeli leaders have often sold out their land and people to foreign interests, bloating their personal bank accounts at Israel’s expense, and that the pressure was often an excuse for them to do what they had already agreed upon: continue the lying peace process of phased destruction, dismantle the Jewish homeland, dismember their Mother piece by piece and pervert the Promised Land of Israel into an accursed “Palestine” (Ps. 83:4). Israeli officials, bought and paid for like the political prostitutes they are, serve their German-Jesuit EU Masters (with plants in Washington, D.C. and other world capitols) and are gambling with the land and lives of every Israeli. They foolishly imagine that they can contain the breach in Israeli security that they are collaborating in (Daniel 11:32, Joel 3:1-2), a deadly serious breach that will break open and flood the Holy Land with foreign troops and sweep them away for the filthy liars they’ve become with their false visions of “peace” (Isaiah 28:14-18), based upon the BIG LIE OF EUROPEAN “GUARANTEES” OF PEACE AND SECURITY. The kapos of compromise are destined to get stomped by the EU jackboot that will trample Jerusalem and pollute Israel(Zechariah 14:1-2). They will not escape the coming Holocaust that will pale the former and will scorch the American and British peoples as well. Together, as taught by Brit-Am Israel, Herbert Armstrong in The United States and Britain in Prophecy, and others, we are the leading tribes of ancient Israel, Joseph (Joes/Anglo-Saxons) and Judah (Jews), and will be overthrown in a nuclear coup ignited by the modern Assyrians: GERMANY. Germany is the driving force behind the EU empire in the making, under the influence of the Vatican who has never given up their Crusader-Kingdom dream of possessing Jerusalem! How pitiful are those plaintive letters of concerned Israeli citizens and Jewish and Christian-Zionist supporters worldwide! They’re still foolishly believing, like I once did, that Israel is only doing what they’re forced to do, against their better judgment. It’s past time we all wake up to the harsh reality that Israeli leaders are on the take, that they’re playing “good guy/bad guy,” that successive Israeli governments from both the Left and the Right, are accomplices to murder — since they have the means and ability to remove the threat the Arab terrorists pose (with their daily calls for genocide against the Jews and the destruction of Israel), as boldly called for by Meir Kahane (Malachi 4:4), former Israeli Parliament Member and rabbi, but purposely choose not to protect their family and friends. Successive Israeli governments, of the Left and the Right, have stood by idly while Judaism’s holiest site continues to be occupied by Nazi-Muslims who illegally deny Christian and Jewish religious rights upon the Temple Mount. Israel has the power but lacks the will to exercise proper sovereignty over Jerusalem; Israel has woefully neglected the Temple Mount; Israel has failed to respect their biblical inheritance and liberate the Arab-occupied territories and immediately annex them, so Israel is losing it all, retreating further into their walled ghetto, and have slit their own throat by inviting disaster upon all: “peacekeeping” wolves in sheep’s clothing. Israel is going to fall. The American and British peoples are also to suffer a brutal betrayal by the new kid on the block, the EU bully, at the same time. The nuclear sickle the EU will swing will soon cut us all down to size. Our nations have failed to repent of their sins, to turn from our idolatry and immorality, to trust in God and not man, to love and obey God and not blindly follow tinsel traditions that contradict the holy commandments, so we’re as good as defeated and deported (Daniel 9:11). The good news is that we don’t have to die, we can turn from our sins and save ourselves and live as individuals and nations, free, following the prescription of 2 Chronicles 7:14 that President Reagan had his hand upon while taking his first oath of office: 2 Chronicles 7:14 - “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” David Ben-Ariel is a Christian-Zionist writer in Ohio and author of Beyond Babylon: Europe’s Rise and Fall. With a focus on the Middle East and Jerusalem, his analytical articles help others improve their understanding of that troubled region. Check out Beyond Babylon. Who am I to Judge

By C. Dakota I was watching a news program not to long ago and a guest was talking about God’s wrath being poured down on the United States because of the moral decay in society. The guest took a very high moral ground not admitting any faults with in themselves, their congregation, or the church in general. Is God punishing the world? He may be, but who am I to judge the hearts of man. When hurricane Katrina hit the gulf coast I don’t think any one thought that God was punishing the people that lived there. On the contrary people all around the world poured out compassion for the victims. As Al-Qa’ida hi-jacked planes and flew them into the World Trade Center buildings in New York (we refer to as 9/11), I don’t think Christians around the world were judging the victims of 9/11. Yes, our country’s morals have decayed in society. It seems that every one points fingers at this group and that group with the perception that everyone else is to blame. But where does the blame lie? Many blame Hollywood, but if no one supported Hollywood then Hollywood would change. Some might blame the government, but who elects the government representatives? Others might blame the Church, but who is the church? I believe the answer lies in the heart of the individual. Every person has moral choices to make and their choices effects the lives of others around them. As individuals we can choose to support or not support Hollywood, elect government representatives that have moral convictions, be apart of a church that teaches the Gospel and the love of Christ, and we should examine our own hearts and lives. I have not found the passage in the bible that says that once I have accepted Jesus Christ that I become the judge of mans heart. It is not there, but it does say to share the ‘Good News’ and love your neighbor as yourself. Changing society needs to start in the heart and lives of the individual. Death and destruction happens every day and as Christians we can take comfort that God’s plan is at work in this world. We may not be able to understand or comprehend His ways but His plan is the perfect plan. C. Dakota is associated with NarrowisthePath.com. C. 12 Sure-fire Ways For Women To Avoid Making Another Bad Relationship

By Annie Kaszina Most people cant get behind the wheel of a car for the first time and drive away like a seasoned driver. But one or two can. Most people cant sit down at a piano for the first time and play a Mozart sonata; although you might find the odd one or two who can play whatever they hear by ear. Most people wont put their trust in someone who they know is emotionally damaged, had a hard life, and a history of troubled relationships, and achieve their happy ever after. But one or two do. One thing youve learned from your experience is that youre uncritical to a fault. Youre so prepared to believe the very best of your partner (and probably the worst of yourself) that youre blind to the warning signs. Some people can run faster than others. Some are better at sport, or art than others. Some can sing; others cant. Some are good at maths; others arent. Its not a question of better or worse. Its a simple fact. Some women are better at relationships than others. Picking good potential partners is not one of your natural gifts. But it is something you can learn. So how do you do it? Take new relationships SLOWLY. This serves two purposes: first, it gives you the time to notice things; second, abusive men tend not to want to spend too long courting their prey and they will either start to lose interest or show their true colours. Make a written record of every little incident where a new partner behaves in a way that you dont quite like, or you find upsetting. You may start to a see a pattern. He may sulk if he doesnt get his own way, or ignore your feelings, or get angry over small things. Listen carefully to what he says about his previous girlfriends. If he tells you that they all behaved badly towards him, then thats probably exactly what hell say about you, one day. If theyve all disappointed him, you can bet youll end up disappointing him too, however hard you try. Because he sees himself as a victim of the women in his life. Listen carefully to how he talks about other people. If he expresses hostility or contempt for most of the people in his life, that is his base emotion. The time will come when he will surely visit that hostility or contempt on you. Notice how easily he becomes angry and how angry he gets. You wont be immune from his anger for too long. You can even provoke his anger to see exactly how he behaves; if you dare. And, of course, if you dont, then you really should not be with him. Find out about his relationship with his family. If his relationship with his family has broken down, or even if his mother seems to dominate him, it bodes badly for his relationship with you. If he has children by a previous relationship, find out how well they get on with him. If they dont like him theres probably a good reason and it may not be just because his ex-wife/girlfriend is a bitch. If he has any addictions, whether to drugs, drink, gambling, sex or anything else; unless you want to play second fiddle to an addiction, thats your cue to run very fast, in the opposite direction. He may beat his addiction one day, but you certainly cant do it for him, and the chances are he will drag you down with him. If he has a history of violent behaviour in his past, assume that you will end up as his punch bag, if you stick around. Your love wont change his behaviour. Get a copy of Hes just not that into you by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo and read it until every word is etched on your heart. It will help you to distinguish between the way a man treats you when he truly care and the way hell treat you when they dont. Grow your circle of friends and well-wishers, so you arent putting all your emotional eggs in one basket. Learn to love yourself first. That doesnt mean you shouldnt love other people, its simply doing the opposite of putting yourself last. Youve seen where putting yourself last has ever got you. 2006 (C) Annie Kaszina Annie Kaszina Ph D, is a coach and writer who has helped hundred of women to rebuild their confidence and their life after an abusive relationship. Reading the Want Ads–Not for Jobs–For Information

By Marilyn Tellez What? Want ads are where job announcements are, not information! Wait! Job want ads are full of information if you know what to do and how to use them. Doubtful? Here are some ideas of the kinds of information you can find as a job seeker. They are: 1. Start by looking for the ads that are in the category of jobs you want to apply for. Cut and paste these job announcements on paper for later viewing. 2. Read the rest of the ads carefully to see if there are other jobs advertised from the same places that you have selected from your own selection. If there are any, that will give you an idea of what this company is doing. Maybe it is hiring for several categories. Example: They may be expanding and looking for employees for more than one type of job. 3. Look for patterns in the jobs that are advertised. If there are many in the health field, for example, then that tells you that health needs are not completely served in your community. (Yes, it may be that this is a national trend about health care, not enough health workers. This is an example of only one field). 4. The most promiment of these employers may be who you target for informational interviews if you notice they have advertised for several positions to be filled. Start your research here to get personal names of these employers. Easy research from your local library. 5. Yes, apply for the jobs on your sheet that you have identified. Look for patterns for at least two weeks to see if the employer continues to advertise for the same position/s. If so, either they have not found credible candidates or the job is not a good one. Check them out with informational interviewing anyway. 6. Continue on your “research project” in looking for patterns of employment possibilities for yourself. You might want to devise your own list of patterns to suit your own needs, not just these. 7. Lots of other people get paid to find these sources of employment. They are often called labor market researchers. Now you are one and can find your own job! Marilyn J. Garden Water Feature - The Fish Dish

By Maisy Day Want to be the envy of all the neighbours in the avenue then a water feature has to be placed into the garden. What ever fancy garden ornamentation that is to be - is entirely up to your own choosing. Because of the many designs and fixtures you may come up against problems in trying to decide what water garden feature to have. The pond is a water feature found in most gardens today in all shapes and sizes and enhanced to the full with added extras to set the scene. Water lilies - bull rushes and reeds are just a few to mention. But it is the under water life that makes the pond more attractive (fish) Remember when adding a water feature to the garden - take extra precautions in the safety measures where children are concerned. Water garden features like the pond and the fish also need care and attention. Ponds have to be cleaned regular and fish need to be fed. Questions that crop up from many water garden owners is how to feed the fish - what type of feed should be used - how much and how often. Well the answer to that is there is no real fixed amount of fish food to give. Of course there are some important issues on what to feed the fish. You have to take into account the fish`s size its appetite and their delicate digestive system which can differ due to water temperature changes. Beginning from early spring to late autumn you will find the fish very energetic so it will do no harm to feed them every day. If the fish are prepared to take more then so be it. Remember you are not force feeding them so if the fish don`t want to bite then they wont. However, towards the colder months lessen the frequency of feed intake. Sometimes due to the fishs stillness at winter time then no feed is necessary Try not to instigate problems for your fish`s well being by denying them the right food. While the fish are in the mood to dine it is best to serve up a dish that will help them to stay active and healthy. Nourishing fish food is highly recommended. Bread/biscuit meal and ants eggs are less nutritional and can cause problems to the digestive system. Floating pellets filled with high-protein are very nutritious. By feeding the fish this way you get to see more of them as they surface for feeding. Once the garden is the way you have always dreamed of full of foliage -shrubs and sweet scented flowers and of course your water garden feature - then remember that all the surrounding plant growth will attract insects so feeding the fish at this time is not necessary. Natural food supply should start to continue again with pellets in the autumn, this will help perk the fish up in their preparation to face the winter. Repeat pellet feeding in spring it will help the fish recover more rapidly ready for breeding. Water features and creatures go hand in hand in adding beauty to the garden. Expect toads - newts and frogs to hang out in the pond area. Your water garden has not only given you a garden ornament that the neighbours would die for - it is the thought of giving a home to natures aquatic water life. Your Abs Start In The Kitchen

By Brad Howard Its amazing. Every year I see the same routine over and over again. Youll see a person with a little bit of a spare tire run over to the ab machine and diligently start knocking out crunch after crunch after crunch only to discover weeks later that their waist hasnt shrunk an inch. Whats going on? Its the biggest misconception about ab training out there and Im about to hit you in the face with it If you cant control your caloric intake and expenditure youll never see the fruits of your ab work. First and foremost: Your abs start in the kitchen Think about it, if you cant spot reduce bodyfat (which you cant), then the overall reduction of total body fat must be paramount in order to reveal a nice midsection. Body fat levels in the low teens and below are needed. and the easiest way to help assure that youll get there is to watch what you put in your mouth. If you keep slapping Big Macs down your throat you can kiss those ab dreams goodbye ditto for the tubs of ice cream. Keep it simple for yourself: Try to get at least one serving of protein with each meal Avoid High GI carbs (like white bread, white rice) except for immediately after your workouts Make sure to include a hearty amount of fruits and veggies in your diet (anything that has a deep color to it is a great choice) Try to up your water intake to one gallon per day to make sure that youre hydrated Remember, you can do all of the ab work you want, but if you dont have your diet in check its all for nothing. Brad Howard’s Fat Loss Black Book delves into the “meat and potatoes” of all of the misinformation generated by the diet and fitness industry today. An industry veteran for years, his fat loss manifesto completely shatters all of the myths and misguided, outdated advice being propagated today. A Day on Tarpon Lake in Palm Harbor

By Robert Lipply When many people think of Tarpon Springs, they think of beautiful Lake Tarpon. Oddly enough, Lake Tarpon spreads throughout Tarpon Springs as well as much of Palm Harbor. At over 2500 acres long, this is the largest lake in Pinellas County. It provides recreation and enjoyment for many residents. People come to Lake Tarpon for boating, fishing and jet skiing. One of the most popular fish in this water is the large mouth bass which makes sport fishing here increasingly popular. There are many great city parks that have waterfront property on this lake. Anderson Park and John Chesnut Sr. Park offer boat ramps, picnic pavilions, scenic walking trails, and playgrounds overlooking this stunning view. You can host a family picnic, a birthday party, or just have a relaxing day with your family here. The Lansbrook Community also has a private park for its residents to view Lake Tarpon. This charming spot is considered prime real estate in Palm Harbor and adds to the value of homes in this neighborhood. Families enjoy gathering together here to watch their children play, while enjoying waterfront views each Florida homeowner would love.
