Making Your Move in Miami

By Nick W. Jurkowski I have a story for you. It involves a man named Arthur. Arthur has just gone to a trendy, Miami-area nightclub with the goal of looking for companionship. Not the deep, platonic kind of companionship involving long philosophical discussions and sherry, mind you rather, the kind comparatively short, intense bouts of companionship that only erotic love with a stranger can provide. Arthur is dressed to the nines, complete with seersucker suit, fedora, and spats. Arthur is not an unattractive man, nor is he a modern Adonis. He knows his way around a nightclub, and can dance reasonably well. From his corner, he spies an attractive woman. He looks at her long and hard to make sure shes sure of his intentions. He looks her up and down, saunters over, and spouts his best line: If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me? Arthur later died cold and alone. You probably know some of what Arthur did wrong: pretty much everything. How does one attract members of the opposite sex? For women, it really isnt too difficult. Since men often go to bars with the expressed purpose of finding someone to sleep with, its simply a matter of picking one out. For men, who are clueless more often then not, things can be more difficult. Here are some tips: - Intent is important. It is probably best not to go to clubs with picking someone up as your only goal. Go to have a good time with friends, have a few drinks, and maybe try your luck with the ladies. - Dress smartly, but dont be too ostentatious. This can be a difficult line to walk, as you naturally want your plumage to help separate you from the flock, but you also dont want to appear sleazy (lots of jewelry/expensive watches), overdressed (tuxedo), or anachronistic (pantaloons) - unless, of course, the occasion specifically calls for it. - Mingle in the crowd. The image of a predator stalking prey is not one that women often prefer. Dance, mingle, and dont just stand in the corner alone or with a small group of friends. - Make eye contact with a woman before approaching her. Gauge the way she looks at you if she seems interested, approach her at a natural point (after she gives you more than one glance, but not so long that the goo goo eyes game gets old.) Do not undress her with your eyes. It wont help. - Strike up a real conversation, dont use lines. Maybe open with a joke, but only if it is funny, and only if it doesnt involve you doing things to her. Women know why men come to clubs, and you should do your best to not conform to their preconceived notions. Act naturally, friendly, and gregarious, but not so much that they suspect that you keep your victims corpses in oil drums in your garage. - Use common sense as a guide. If you are confused, step back and ask yourself, Would I enjoy an oafish wacko leering at me? Even a well-dressed oafish wacko? Just think for a minute you havent had that much to drink. Well, hopefully these tips lend you some success in the fast paced world of Miamis nightlife scene. Dont be too hard on yourself if you strike out the woman of your dreams has to be in some bar. Vision, Nutrition and Cataracts

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Maureen_Cook] Maureen Cook A cataract is the clouding of the eye’s lens and is one of the most commonly-performed procedures in the U.S. The federal government spends more than $3.4 billion annually treating cataracts through the Medicare program. However, it has been estimated that, if the progression of this eye disease could be slowed down by a decade or so, a 45% drop in annual cataract surgery would follow. Good nutrition can play a preventative role in delaying the onset and/or progression of the cataract. Here we are referring to age-related cataracts which occur when protein clusters up in the lens and causes opacity, or when the lens discolors due to the effects of aging. Not all cataracts however are age-related, and therefore the nutrition link is not as important in the case of: secondary cataracts which can follow surgery for other eye diseases like glaucoma or diabetic retinopathy. congenital cataract which is present at birth. traumatic cataract which can form following an injury to the eye, and radiation cataract which forms after exposure to large doses of radiation. On reflection, though, the nutrition link with secondary cataract is a valid connection to make. Type II diabetes is increasingly common in the Western world often as the result of over-eating on junk food. By raising blood sugar levels, diabetes can cause changes in the retina severe enough to impair both visual acuity and color vision. It could be argued that eating a healthy diet in the first place creates a virtuous circle by reducing the incidence of diabetic retinopathy, thereby reducing the number of surgical procedures to rectify the condition and reducing, in turn, the incidence of secondary cataract formation. Cataract formation, however, is predominantly a condition associated with aging and is an acquired vision defect. Lifestyle changes, then, and changing patterns of behavior stopping smoking, wearing sunglasses to block out harmful ultraviolet rays and eating a healthy diet can all contribute to the prevention and retardation of cataract formation. Let’s examine more closely the connection between nutrition and cataracts. Lutein and zeaxanthin, which assist in the absorption of Vitamins C and E to counter damaging free radical activity in the eye, are found, like Vitamin C, in colorful fruit and vegetables. Kale and Collard greens top the list of good food sources for both lutein and zeaxanthin; broccoli, corn and peas are fairly good sources of lutein and zeaxanthin while persimmons and tangerines offer the least amount of these beneficial carotenoids. Nutrition promises to be one important weapon in the prevention and delayed progression of cataracts. Eat wisely, take nutritional supplements and the benefits over time could be plain to see! 2006 Maureen P Cook In this article, Maureen Cook shows you how good nutrition can help in the prevention and delayed progression of cataracts. Romantic Gift Ideas

By Kevin Stith When Cupid strikes, gifts follow. That extra flutter, that veil of mystery you just have to react. Whether in love for the very first time or celebrating strong relationships, romantic gifts come from within. It may be for your lover, family or friend-romance mirrors carnal, secure or truly sublime. You touch the clouds and shout, ‘Wow! Let your heart do the buying. For the dynamism of platonic or familial ties, gifts of the heart come easily. You know the person and you know the value attached. Romancing the ride always enchants. Raindrops on roses or cats’ whiskers apart, bake a cake, picnic together, do nature trips, league matches, ice cream and popcorn. Walk in the rain, pillow fight and tickle life silly. An affirmation of that spark within, romantic gifts reflect the age, experience and personality of the giver. Love notes and poetry say it best for some, trinkets, tulips and perfume work for others. Amorous notes by email/mobile are a great kiss of surprise. Engravings, keepsakes, memorabilia spell forever. With its promise of eternity, romantic gifts also image the depth and commitment of relationships. An aphrodisiac that grows, romantic gifts take a whole new meaning, once it is official. The flood of teddy bears and chocolates (heart-shaped!) dances on to sensual erotica, spicing up gifts like only fantasy can. Unconditional love is perhaps the best romantic gift possible. But dead ends and tired minds surface at every turn. Jewelry, designer ware, wine, bed linen and Hawaii are the perfect triggers. Not to forget exclusive restaurants, music and serenading. It all depends on the mood, impulse and budget, I Love You, I Miss You, I Want You, You Make My World the journey of romance never ends with a happily ever after. Gift Ideas provides detailed information about gift ideas, corporate gift ideas, birthday gift ideas, christmas gift ideas and more. Gift Ideas is the sister site of Christmas Gift Baskets. Read This Article if You Are Afraid of Losing Your Job

By Lance Winslow Due to over regulation, excessive lawsuits, and poor work ethic in the United States many companies are changing the way they do business. Some are considering doing business thru subsidiaries with the corporate headquarters over seas somewhere. Others are considering merging with an over seas company or outsourcing most of their operations off shore in other nations with less regulation. Some companies are considering going private. The worst new trend we see is companies laying off their workforce and going robotic. They feel this is necessary because there are too many regulations from OSHA to employment law. Too many lawsuits for hiring procedures, sexual misconduct and pay issues are also another complaint. There are lawsuits over under funded pensions, health care insurance, 401K programs, benefits, overtime, holidays, vacation time or because the person is gay, straight, black, white, gray, purple or pink? You know this is a real problem in America. Then there is the issues of workers not actually working hard or trying or performing, some refuse to show up on time, always using the Unions to shield them from being reprimanded, some executives say it is pure extortion, even as the Unions claim the execs are over paid and ripping of the company blind. Well whatever the reasons are and we have already identified a few, it makes the case for companies in many industries to go fully automated and robotic. Some robots now are even being programmed to make decisions to replace the executives. So no one is safe. In other words if you really are scared you might lose your job, well that is one fear which is absolutely justified, think on all this. “Lance Winslow” - Online Think Tank forum board. Pharmacist Career - An Inside Look

By Scott Knutson Known for centuries as chemists, pharmacists have become as important and personalized as the family physician for many people. Every aspect of pharmacy has certainly evolved over the last one hundred years. Becoming a pharmacist has also changed; it is an easy career to get on track and is also a great career opportunity. A person might wonder just exactly what it is that a pharmacist does or how to begin earning a pharmacist degree? The answers are easy to find. Finding a school that offers pharmacy courses is the first thing you need to do. Being confident the courses interest you on a basic level. A pharmacist has many duties. Dispensing drugs that physicians prescribe to patients is the obvious job of any pharmacist. Pharmacists educate consumers about medications. Sometimes a pharmacist will also advise a physician as to drug interactions and effects. As a pharmacist your customers become like loyal followers trusting your knowledge and awareness. Pharmacists maintain medical records and medications in order to be certain a patient is not mixing drugs that are not suitable to mix. Pharmacist can also manage or even own a pharmacy and that includes taking on responsibilities such as hiring and firing personnel. There are times when a pharmacist will also have to supervise employees when in an ownership or managerial position. A pharmacist’s duties vary greatly and encompass aspects of pharmacy and medicine that one would not traditionally think about initially. Pharmacists are trained to be involved in drug therapies. These therapies can include such specialty fields as oncology and intravenous nutrition support. So if you are looking for an exciting career choice that holds many rewarding challenges, earns you great money, and takes very little training, then pharmacy is the field for you. The training you will need in order to be considered a pharmacist begins with your graduation as a Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD from any accredited higher learning institution. You will also need to serve a predetermined amount of time under a licensed pharmacist in order to be considered a pharmacist your self. In an overview of what a pharmacist is responsible for it may at first seem a daunting undertaking. In the long run though the benefits far outweigh any trepidation you may first experience. Traditionally pharmacists work in community pharmacies. Some pharmacists, close to one-quarter of all licensed pharmacists, are employed in local hospitals or clinics. Mail order or wholesale pharmaceutical needs employ the smallest portion of pharmacists. Typically a pharmacist works a forty-hour week. Depending on whether a pharmacist is self-employed or employed in a managerial position the hours worked can be as much as fifty hours a week. As with any medical field-type position there is a shortage of pharmacists so there may be cases where the workload and hours worked will exceed what is typical. Salaries for pharmacists vary due to elements such as geographical location, the amount of experience you have under your belt, and the level of education you have completed. It would be typical that pharmacists as an overall career choice earn a salary of close to eighty thousand dollars yearly. This article may be reproduced only in its entirety. Creating Instant Attraction With A Handshake

By Christine Akiteng In my article: Is Your Handshake Making Or Killing Instant Attraction (see articles section of my website), I listed 6 ways that a seemingly simple and straightforward handshake can create or kill attraction. A well-executed handshake is one of the best skills you can cultivate to ensure that each new encounter gets off with rapport and positive chemistry. The handshake hints listed here will give you plenty of practice for when you next see that person who churns your heart. Better still, they’ll create interactions that will bring out your human warmth making you instantly attractive to the person you shake hands with. 1. As you approach the person mentally warm your hand Picture an electrical current pulsating through your hand and allow the heat to spread slowly. If creating a mental image is hard, simply hold your palm close to your cheek that should warm it. 2. Make sure your hand is not all sweaty If you know your palms get very sweaty make sure you carry some Kleenex that you switch to the other hand or put in the pocket or purse just before shaking hands or use a spray-on underarm deodorant on the palm of your hands. 3. Offer hand with the palm in the vertical position This handshake sub-consciously conveys co-operation and sends the message lets be friends. Gently thrust hand forward halfway between you and the person you are meeting and once hands meet, wrap your fingers around the other persons with thumbs gently locked. Squeeze the hand firmly. The alternative to this is offering a downward turned palm which is associated with aggressive, dominant, controlling and demanding personality or the upturned palm associated with submissive, compliant and approval seeking (needy) personality. 3. Make eye contact - and smile Good eye contact increases feelings of trust. However, don’t stare and please do not make the common mistake of using eye contact in a premature attempt to increase physical attraction and intimacy. Prolonged eye contact done prematurely is sometimes like talking too much too soon or over-communicating with a stranger. And instead of creating attraction you end up increasing stress or even end up pissing the person off. Hold eye contact for two to three seconds at a time. Increase the amount of eye contact with rapport (see my article: Improve Your Sexual Eye Contact With This Fearless Sexuality Exercise) 5. Be conscious of the handshake power-play If the other person offers a downward turned palm (signaling his/her attempt at exerting dominance, authority and control), immediately neutralize it by taking his/her hand and slightly turning it a vertical, co-operation or lets be friends position. Use the same tip for an upturned palm mostly offered by people who feel disempowered or sub-consciously use victim mentality to gain advantage. Keep in mind that the handshake power-play plays out differently in non-romantic or business encounters where some professions require display of dominance, authority and control and others submissiveness and compliance. In a romantic encounter co-operation of equals takes you much further. 6. Respond with pressure that meets the pressure you receive Most people associate too much hand pressure with someone who is trying to over compensate for some other deficiency they must have, so match the pressure of your handshake with the one you are offered. If the other person offers a lifeless limp handshake apply a little bit more pressure of your own but don’t try to overpower the other person. 7. Pump hand up and down and hold briefly Research shows that the average number of up and down shaking across cultures is four shakes. If there is more liking in there the number pumps increases and so does the duration the hand is held. Its not therefore a bad idea to mentally count the pumps you get. More than four will indicate he/she likes you. However, informal research shows that consumption of alcohol increases the pumpsabout two per drink. Try it out yourself. Next time you go to a party count the number of pumps you get when you just arrive and when you leave count the pumps again. The variations can be fascinating. 8. If prolonged handshake is permitted anchor the positive gesture Anchoring touch is a simple but potent attraction trigger. While holding the other persons hand in a handshake, use your free hand to touch him/her on the wrist, or upper part of the arm. By doing this you create a link between the good feeling of the handshake and your presence. To intensify the impression of warmth (and intimacy) move the hand further up to touch the shoulder. Later on when you touch the person on the upper part of the arm or shoulder, the good feeling is reactivated. 9. Finish with a tiny extra squeeze. This should not be tight but merely a surge of energy. Then let go. Doing this signals that you are warm, confident, healthy, strong and genuinely interested in meeting the other person - and that there is a definite attraction. Take advantage of those precious five or so seconds and give yourself a head start. When else, unless you make it to the hand-holding stage, will you hold that person’s hand again? So without becoming obsessional about it, make your first handshake count. The handshake known as Ritualistic Touching is only one powerful way to create attraction using touch In my E-book, I discuss other types of touching including Accidental Touching (signaling getting acquainted, and or experiencing further touching depending on the type of relationship); Nurturing or Supportive Touching (a deliberate way of communicating safety, reassurance, and empathy); Affectionate Touching (to show emotional acceptance and evoke strong, pleasant emotions); Playful Touching (intentional physical playfulness for keeping relationships on a more relaxed level); Sexual Touching (touching with the intention of sexually arousing another). The list is endless. About the Author: Christine Akiteng is an internationally renowned Sexual Confidence/Dating Coach and author of eBook: The Art Of Seducing Out Of Fullness. Lose Weight, Gain Back Your Life 2

By Gillian Tarawhiti Losing weight has nothing to do with will power or lack of. Fanatical Dieting, Emotional Eating and Conditioning are the 3 most common patterns for obesity. I have mentioned in past articles of a highly successful technique that I use with clients and in my workshops. Remembering that all you need do is to DO IT! It often works where nothing else will, usually rapid, long lasting and gentle, no drugs or equipment involved, easily learned by anyone and can be self applied. As Emotional Eating is the second most proven reason for obesity, I think this should be the first place to start, and it may well then work on fanatical dieting and conditioning. The method is EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE, made of a set up, basic recipe and Affirmation Statement. THE SETUP The most important part of the technique is the setup. To do this we say an affirmation whilst tapping or rubbing a particular spot. For the purpose of this exercise I am going to show you the karate chop set up. If you have a look at your hand, palm facing you, look at the side of the hand from the top of the pinky finger down to the wrist. Just above the wrist is a flesh part where one would normally do a karate chophave you found it. If so this is the area you will tap using your pointer and middle fingers. Okso now that we have all of that out of the way I want you to tap you karate spot for practice. BASIC RECIPE - The Meridians The meridians are as follow, try and find it on your body as I mention it. Practice a little so you become familiar with them. 1. Eye Brow this is the beginning of the eyebrow above the nose 2. Side of Eye this can be found the bone at the end of the eyebrow 3. Under Eye on the cheekbone under the eye 4. Under Nose- under the nose above the top lip 5. Chin the crevasse between the lower lip and the chin 6. Collar bone just under the collar bone 7. Armpit halfway down under the armpit 8. Thumb under the nail of the thumb 9. Pointer finger bottom side of the nail facing the thumb 10. Middle finger - bottom side of the nail facing the thumb 11. Little finger - bottom side of the nail facing the thumb Repeat 1 to 7 Whilst tapping your karate spot as mentioned above you say an affirmation as listed below. Using the Emotional Freedom Technique: * SET UP followed by the statements below * BASIC RECIPE * AFFIRMATION STATEMENT Then repeat the exercise again for each statement. You may feel you dont need to do some of the statements, however, experience has shown me from workshop participants and private clients that undertaking each one will be of great benefit. You will see that all statements starts with Even though.and ends with I deeply and completely accept myself or similar, add this ending where done is provided. STATEMENTS Even though I use the sweets to feel better, because I love how they make me feel, I choose to feel safe and comfortable without them. Even though sweets are the only thing that make me feel better, ” Even though I feel grief when I think of losing weight, and giving up my favorite foods, … Even though I have this terrible craving to eat my favorite food, ” Even though I use food to comfort my loneliness,… Even though I fear feeling deprived, and dont want to give anything up, … Even though I dont feel safe without the extra pounds, …” Even though Im embarrassed to admit that Im obese, I choose to accept myself anyway. Even though my needs are insignificant, and I dont count, I accept all of my feelings. “Even though I’m a food addict, …” . “Even though I’m, obsessed with food…” . “Even though I’m a sugar addict…” . “Even though I crave sweets at night…” . “Even though I have an enormous appetite…” (we’ll get to the underlying cause of this “appetite” later.) . “Even though I’m a closet eater…” “Even though I binge at night…” . “Even though I eat when I’m bored…” “Even though I eat when I’m angry…” “Even though I eat when I’m lonely…” “Even though I overeat to hurt myself… . “Even though I eat to avoid my feelings…” “Even though I use food to soothe myself…” “Even though I overeat to hide myself…” “Even though I binge because I think I’m worthless…” “Even though I overeat because I don’t love myself…” “Even though I hate myself for overeating…” “Even though I feel guilty when I overeat…” “Even though I feel guilty about being overweight…” “Even though I’m anxious when I sit down to eat..” . “Even though I associate food with fighting…” “Even though I feel unsafe without food…” “Even though I eat to feel better… “Even though I have a block to losing weight, I choose to lose weight now “Even though I sabotage myself to losing weight…” “It’s not safe for me to lose weight.” “It’s not safe for others if I lose weight.” “I don’t feel supported by my family members…” “I don’t deserve to be happy with my body.” “Even if I never get over this eating disorder…” “Even if I never lose weight…” “Even though my metabolism is too slow…” “Even though my metabolism is imbalanced…” “Even though I cant resist my chips, I deeply Even though I fear feeling deprived, and dont want to give anything up, I deeply and completely accept myself. “Even though Ill never be enough, there was never enough, and there probably wont be enoughI choose to feel satisfied anyway. Even though I feel deep grief, and want to eat to cover it up, I deeply and completely accept myself. Even though I feel these deep losses, and I want to stuff myself with food, I deeply and completely accept myself anyway. Even though I feel abandoned because they left me, I deeply and completely accept my feelings. There are a million and one possible affirmations to work on; I have chosen the most important and most effective affirmations that work. Negotiating a Pay Raise

By Corinne Dauncey Negotiating a Pay Rise - Do you think you are not been paid enough? Not being valued at your company? - Do you look at your pay slip and wish you had been paid that little bit more that you deserve? - Do you think you have been particularly successful in your job? And gone beyond expectations? If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the above, then it is time to negotiate a pay rise. But how do you go about this and what are the best strategies in order to get the best rise? Most companies will conduct quarterly or bi-annually pay reviews for their employee’s, which if successful will result in a pay rise. However, as a hard working employee that is successful, you may feel it is justified to approach your boss to ask for a rise before your review is due. Whatever your situation is, you will have already agreed this is in your contract and know when your pay review will be - and before your conversation with your boss, the key thing to remember is that you must prepare! Before you ask It is advisable to do some background work about salaries in your industry and role and plan your negotiations prior to approaching your boss. You can normally use salary analyzers or something similar on the Internet, or even phone around to ask recruitment agencies for the market averages for your role. You need to really know what you are worth and what you have achieved recently, and why you deserve the pay rise. You will need to explain what skills and benefits you have brought to the company, how you have excelled in your role in particular and that you are a loyal employee. You will need to focus on your knowledge and experience you have developed and the way you have grown, learnt and developed whilst working for the company. You should note any expectations you have exceeded, any additional responsibilities you have incurred and any extra achievements you have made that stand out and you feel you deserve credit for. You need to be able to explain all of these points in detail, expand on any of them in detail and show that these are the reasons why you should be considered for a pay rise! You need to show your commitment and express your desire to do well and tell your boss what you are trying to target and what you want to achieve. Things that you need to consider what you have done when negotiating a pay rise: Projects you have managed, led, completed and have been noted as being out standing Any awards you have received Any procedures you have put in place that may have saved the company money Tasks you have been individually assigned to do due to your unique skills and abilities Additional tasks beyond what you expected in your current job role Anything you have excelled on and been praised for in the past Also be clear as to what your current salary is, what the average is and what you ideally want! How much to ask for? It is a good idea to ask for more than you anticipate and that you give yourself room to negotiate. Expect your boss to propose a counter offer after you have asked for your pay rise sum. You should definitely bargain and you should expect it to usually end up in a middle ground figure so always go in high! What if your boss says NO? Just because you are going for a pay rise, you may not necessarily get it - but do not be disappointed if he says no. Firstly, there is always next time and from the feedback on this review you can work towards the next. You need to understand the reasons why he/she has said no and reflect on them. It is not the end of the world and it is not forever. It may be due to the fact that you are still in the learning curve at work and still developing new skills, in which case, once you feel fully developed; it could be time to ask again. Do not be afraid to ask for non-financial benefits as well, such as, a phone or extra holiday. You could ask for training and development and the company may be more inclined to pay for this, as you will be learning more and bringing more value to the company. Employees are an asset to companies that they work for at the end of the day! If you really feel you deserve a pay rise and you are not happy working at the company, then you can always search for a new job that would be willing to pay you more. It may be that your current company is not suited to you and this is your sign to take the next step. Result! It is a great feeling if you manage to receive a pay rise! Menopause on the Atkins Diet

By Mark Wild The Atkins diet has indeed proven effective at shedding pounds and keeping them off. But like anything, the Atkins diet has its benefits as well as its trade-offs. The Atkins diet should not be undertaken by women on menopause unless expressly given permission by their physician. (Note: Anyone thinking of starting any new diet should first consult with their physician to discuss possible side effects.) The Atkins diet is not recommended for women experiencing menopause because of calcium depletion. Because the Atkins diet advocates limiting processed carbohydrates like sugar and flour, the body must derive more of its energy from other sources such as stored fats. This process of converting stored fats into energy and the digestion of more non-carb sources of food causes more acid to be produced. The increased acid is offset by calcium. When there is insufficient calcium in the food ingested, the body will get the calcium from alternate sourcessuch as the bones. Therefore, people on the Atkins diet generally need to increase their calcium intake naturally or via supplements. The reason why the Atkins diet is not recommended for women experiencing menopause is because they are already experiencing the same calcium losswithout being on the diet. Menopause causes extreme hormone deficiencies and imbalances that cause the blood to be acidic, just as it becomes after being on the Atkins diet. Osteoporosis is a prime concern for women because of menopause. The acidic blood caused by the hormone imbalances is counteracted by calcium that must be leached from the bones as there are insufficient amounts in the diet. So, because both menopause and the Atkins diet lead to extreme calcium loss that must be offset in most cases by supplements, they are not recommended in conjunction with one another. However, some physicians may be able to prescribe specialized diets and calcium supplements that can accommodate the extreme calcium loss. Many women may not want to take any more supplements, vitamins, or any other form of medication but still want to enjoy all the proven benefits of the Atkins diet. It is possible to increase calcium consumption naturally by eating more cheese or butter. You can also eat leafy green vegetables also after the Induction phase is over and you are allowed to bring more carbs to the dinner table. Spinach, cabbage, chicola and even kale. The acidic nature of the blood is offset by calcium, just as it is when on the Atkins diet. However, unlike the increased acidity of menopause which is caused by hormone imbalances, the Atkins diet causes acidic blood and urine due to increased digestive functioning and fat burning. The result is the same in both cases, howevercalcium ends up being leached from the bones. These effects can be offset with increased calcium intake through alternative sources, such as supplements or green leafy vegetables after the Induction phase. Note: The Author is not a doctor.
